Congratulations to our team on BMS who received milestone recognition from Jacobs/BMS for achieving the programme Weathertight date for the Warehouse building. Our much anticipated new hoarding has gone up on Merrion Square’s “Goethe-Institut”. The circa €11m redevelopment will see the 1790 Georgian townhouse refurbished to its period glory in addition to welcoming the creation of a new garden and contemporary mews building on the site. January 4
