Education Project of the Year – Mercy Secondary School, Kilbeggan

Heritage / Conservation Project of the Year (Under €10m) – Connolly Vaults

Retrofitting / Renovation Project of the Year – Central Plaza
Central Plaza represents one of the most complex re-developments in Dublin city centre in recent times. The iconic landmark project was undertaken by Stewart Construction on a Construction Management basis, and achieved LEED Gold, environmental certification. In 2023 Stewart Construction’s Central Plaza project won the prestigious award ‘Project of the Year’ at The Irish Construction Excellence Awards. Retail / Multi Use Project of the Year – ALDI, Tuam
