Over 5 Blocks, Parkmore Technology campus comprises of 3 storey office buildings each with subdivision capabilities. Designed and Built to LEED Gold environmental sustainability standard, the campus offers modern, bright and spacious working offices. Finishes included raised access flooring, suspended ceilings,meeting and video conferencing rooms, lifts and toilets. External works include car-parking, site works and landscaping. Logistics involved multiple interfaces working on a live campus. Fast-track fit-outs were also completed by Stewart Construction for a number of international blue chip tenants including SAP, FISC, Fidelity, Tessera and Oracle.
