Stewart Construction is delighted to announce that the Goethe-Institut, Merrion Square, Dublin won both ‘Conservation Project of the Year’ and ‘Education Project of the Year’ at the Irish Construction Industry Awards which were on Thursday 13th June at the Citywest Hotel in Dublin. Great progress is being made at Carman’s Hall student accommodation development in Dublin on April 11th  we were delighted to have Lisa Timberlake from Crosslane Student Developments on site for our ‘Topping Out’ ceremony.

Work at our Central Plaza site is well underway. Originally designed by Sam Stephenson the building opened in the late 1970’s to mixed reviews but it’s distinctive design would become one of the Dublin city’s most iconic and striking buildings.
