Topping Out Ceremony at Telephone House

We have reached an important milestone at our Telephone House project on Malbourough Street, Dublin 1, with a Topping Out Ceremony on Thursday 20th March to mark reaching the highest point of the building.

This design and build development consists of the refurbishment and change of use of the existing Telephone House, from office use to a 290-bed Aparthotel for Home2 Suites by Hilton. When completed the Aparthotel will span 10 floors over basement and will be the first of Hilton’s Home2 Suites brand in Europe.
