Telephone House Update

Great progress on our site at Telephone House, Malbourough Street, Dublin 1, with cores reaching level 4, basement slab complete and decking to ground floor progressing. Strengthening works to existing precast structure using carbon fibre rods is also complete.

This design and build development consists of the refurbishment and change of use of the existing Telephone House, from office use to a 290-bed Aparthotel for Home2 Suites by Hilton. When completed the Aparthotel will span 10 floors over basement and will be the first of Hilton’s Home2 Suites brand in Europe.
