Aparthotel at Telephone House Building

Stewart Construction has been awarded a new contract for the proposed Hilton Home 2 Suite Aparthotel, which will open in 2026. Works commenced on the 22nd January 2024 at the existing Telephone House building, Marlborough Street in Dublin 1.

This project includes the adding of two new floors to the roof of the existing building and a full refurbishment and change of use of the existing 9-storey office building, into a new Hilton Home 2 Suite Aparthotel. The new Hilton will accommodate 290 bedrooms suites and will include associated facilities such as a gymnasium, bicycle store, staff facilities, storage rooms, utilities plantrooms, and back of house areas at basement level.
